What I Found under my bed
A poem adapted from Bruce Lansky's What I found in my desk
A lunch bag with moldy food,
A pack of gum that's not been chewed
An overdue library book,
A backpack that was left on the hook
A dull pencil broken in two,
A missing glove covered in glue
A pair of old torn up shoes,
with a picture that I drew
And one more thing, I must confess
A note from my teacher: Clean This Mess!!!
