End of a busy month!

Well it sure has been a busy month in Room 102. The boys and girls have been learning many new concepts and skills. They just had a quiz on the provinces and capitals of Canada and did very well. I know many of the children used the many links on the blog to help them study....Good Job!
The boys and girls have have been hard at work, writing their very own book review. We have taken a close look at a variety of book reviews and what makes them successful. Each of the children chose their own book to review and followed the guidelines. Their good copies are now finished and have been handed in. Well done boys and girls!!!


Remember to check your agendas every night for homework and due dates. Spelling is due every Friday, which is in their red duotangs. This week we start lesson 7.
Reading every night is an important part of keeping your childs' reading skills fresh. Taking 20 minutes every night to read is encouraged.


Don't forget, it's our Halloween Parade on Friday.
